Receive care in a safe environment free from abuse, neglect, or exploitation
Have privacy and confidentiality of personal and health information
Participate in decisions regarding their care and services
Be informed of services, policies, and any changes to care
Voice concerns or complaints without fear of retaliation
Refuse care or request changes to their care plan
Be treated without discrimination based on age, race, gender, religion, or disability
COVID-19 & Infection Control
True Advantage Home Care, LLC is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy
environment for our clients and caregivers. Our infection control practices include:
Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
Routine hand hygiene and sanitation practices
Screening of caregivers for symptoms of illness prior to client visits
Staying home when experiencing symptoms of illness
Following CDC and local health guidelines to prevent the spread of infection
Educating clients and families on infection prevention and safety measures
